Women of Destiny

Women's Ministry

As Women of Destiny, Summit's Women's Ministry, our purpose is to empower women to grow to their full potential in God and to fulfill their destiny.

We seek to provide a community for women to build relationships, to fellowship with one another, and to encourage one another in their relationship with God. We accomplish this through teaching and studying the Word of God, praying for one another, and just having fun together (Clay No Latte, retreats, etc.). Through the Titus 2:3-5 principle, we encourage the mature to train the younger to live Godly lives; while reaching out to single women, mothers, wives, and the elder connecting the generations.

We have sponsored inspirational speakers such as Sheri Rose Shephard, Cheryl Salem, Jill Schoeplein, Diane Gardner and our own Theresa Jones, Donna Arnold, and Cheryl Rodriguez. Our events are open to both church members and other women in the community. Our annual retreat, a weekend conference is an opportunity to refresh our spiritual walk with God.
